Breathwork to Conquer the World

Tummo is a Tibetan meditation technique that relies on a mix of breathing and visualization exercises.This ancient practice is mentioned in sacred texts dating back to the 8th century, where the word “tummo” means “inner fire," and it can literally bring you into a euphoric state. This practice increases body heat, which helps support the immune system, and hyper- oxygenates the blood (brings more oxygen into the blood cells), and it increases the overall flow of energy to the body. Not safe for women who are pregnant.
