I’m a 2x boy mama, author, Akashic Records teacher, kundalini yogi, and empowerment coach. My work is all about helping women uncover radical clarity and confidence so they can live and lead from their truth.
I left my corporate career this year to follow the call of my soul — and now I guide others in how to listen to theirs. Through grounded spirituality, embodiment, and self-expression, I help women remember who they are beneath the layers of societal expectation and fear.
