With over a decade of experience as a yoga and breathwork teacher, I don’t just speak about presence, leadership, or resilience, I teach it through the body. My work bridges ancient wisdom and modern leadership, helping people move from intellectual understanding into lived transformation.

I’ve taught and spoken at TEDx, Dirty South Yoga Fest, Knoxville Innovation Summit, and numerous retreats and events, I’ve shared this work across panels focused on leadership, embodiment, creativity, and feminine intelligence.
