This is my favorite kundalini meditation to rewire your subconscious mind + move through limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome with more ease.

As this is the kriya of perceived disabilities, it reminds us that all of our disabilities are perceived and can be shifted.

This practice allows you to move noise out of the body, so it’s easier to find your most authentic expression, see your own programming, and then release it.

It’s equipping you with the awareness and tools to make your own shifts, so you can begin unleashing your unique self. Come back to this practice again and again to gain a deeper sense of self when you need it.
